Hi there! I'll allow the images and provided details take care of the practical description. This is a truly great place to live in which I have enjoyed many happy times over the past 3 years. With my former housemate having moved to London, the time is now right for a new chapter here and for someone else to come in and make this their co-home.
I'm a research associate at the Uni of Bath working in mathematical research. My work on average is hybrid, roughly 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home. In my spare time I play in a band or am down the gym. Socially I enjoy pints and chats with friends, going to the odd gig where possible. Post-PhD I'm also hoping to see a bit more of the world travel-wise.
As a housemate I'd describe myself as easy-going, considerate and respectful. I enjoy good chats and laughs but equally respect people's need for space. So generally someone who identifies with these characteristics would work well I think. The rest really is open-ended.
Please feel free to ask me any details that have not been provided. My (rough) plan is to consider a few people who I think might be a good fit, followed by individual in-person viewings and an informal chat down one of the local pubs afterwards (any excuse).
Thanks,
Dan
P. S. The property is in Council tax band E (SpareRoom tells me it's my responsibility to also specify this here apparently).
Sorry, the room is no longer available
