The flat is bright and spacious, furnished, has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is located on Hotwell road. It is about a 25 minute walk to the university, and a 35 minute walk to Temple Meads and the Downs. It comes furnished and with a balcony. The nearest supermarket is Sainsbury’s up the hill, which is on the way back from the university, and Aldi’s across the river, about 25 minutes away. There is also a Spar convenience store across the road.

Rent is £830 per person per month excluding bills, which are about £60 per person per month, including wifi.

Both of us are PhD students (25F and 27M), and we’ve lived here for two years.

We’re looking for someone who is tidy and doesn’t smoke. Some of our interests are cooking, watching movies (we have a projector and big wall in the living room), and playing board games. We also have a keyboard in the living room. We would be happy to spend time together if that interests you, but if not that’s also fine 😊

If you are a full-time student we would all be exempt from council tax. Otherwise, the council tax band is D.
