Very close to Clifton Down shopping centre. There is a train station close by and regular bus routes, supermarkets, parks ,cinema, gyms and within walking distance of University of Bristol.

I live here with a 23 year male ,ull time working professional lodger. I work from home. We are friendly, quiet , independent and and have our own interests and hobbies.

It’s a very clean , quiet and peaceful home , so will suit someone who appreciates the same. Happy to share the odd meal occasionally , tea /chat but we do out our own thing.

I have a nice, fully furnished small single room (bed, desk, chair , two shelves and a double hanging space for clothes). I can also supply the bedding.

You can use all of all the kitchen equipment/pans etc , so you won’t need to bring anything, which is perfect for someone who doesn’t want the expense of buying the above.
We clean up as we go along so no cleaning rota.
There is a good washing machine and clothes can be dried at the laundrette which is only a 5 minute walk away or on the washing line (weather permitting).
There is a main bathroom and a second toilet for the two lodgers use.
I have had lots of different lodgers from all over the world and from the UK who have enjoyed a clean, safe and peaceful home in a lovely area. No preference to professional or student.

No visitors /guests /homeworkers/nightshift workers and no pork/products in the home please. You can smoke outside or vape inside.

6 month minimum stay, but will consider shorter term, with the option to extend and must have proof of right to rent in the U. K.
