The flat is in a beautiful cosmopolitan and vibrant area of Bristol , close to all amenities, bus routes supermarkets , Train station, and very close to Bristol University, including Bristol museum , cinema and art gallery.
No visitors/ guests or homeworkers. Smoke outside or can vape inside.
You don’t need to bring anything - simply move in and use all the utensils/ kitchen equipment , just no pork /pork products in the home please. I can even supply the bedding.
There is a washing machine and a laundrette within 5 minutes as no drying in the home or on radiators.
There is a main bathroom , with 2 showers and a second separate toilet for lodgers use.
Minimum 6months stay and deposit required.
