looking for someone to take over my tenancy for 1 room in a 5 bed house on greystoke avenue.
i can transfer the tenancy whenever it suits you from May/June
you will be living with 4 lovely people, 2 girls 2 boys all doing a year in industry. very clean and sociable house.
5 min walk from lidl, aldi, tesco.
tenancy: now until aug 28th 2025
rent: paid on the 1st of every month, 711pppm
