We have a lovely, spacious bedroom available in a friendly shared house with three housemates aged 30+, plus our rescue dog and cat!

We’re looking for someone who would enjoy being part of a relaxed, considerate household where everyone feels comfortable and at home. Ideally, you’ll be emotionally mature, responsible and tidy, happy to do your fair share of the household chores, and respectful of shared spaces.

As we have rescue animals, it’s important that you’re comfortable around animals and understand that rescue pets can sometimes need a little extra patience, understanding and kindness.

We’re a friendly bunch who value open communication, mutual respect and a peaceful home. We’d love to find someone who shares our values of kindness, equality and inclusivity, someone who believes everyone deserves to feel welcome and respected, regardless of their background or identity.

The room is a generous size, and you’d share a large bathroom with just one other person. There is also a water closet on the ground floor.

To get into Bristol or over to Frenchay easily, the M3 or 49 drops off right outside the house.
