Furnished double bedroom in friendly postgrad student house share.
Shared bathroom between 3, and shared kitchen/living area with a great view over Gloucester road. Bills not included, these come to around £50 a month. We also have free street parking and a bike shed. UoB is a 25 minute walk or 10 minute cycle away, and St Nick's market is a 35 minute walk or 10 minute cycle.
We're a cosy house of three women, all masters/PhD students. We're all clean, friendly and sociable, but respect each other's space and have our own lives. We're into gigs, films, running, crafts, and trying new restaurants together :)
(Post-graduates preferred but if you are a working professional then council tax is around £126/month)
