The building was a pub from 1775 and was converted into 4 beautiful flats in the 90’s. It has a lovely view of the water from the front room and large private outside terrace area too. The kitchen and front room are open plan.
There are bus stops into and out of town for multiple routes so easy access almost outside of the door and there is a boat taxi jetty 1 minute away. Temple Meads train station is 25 minute walk or 15 minute taxi, the harbourside/city centre is a 15 minute walk. Parking is available on the road by purchasing a car permit and is located in the CAZ (clean air zone) It’s very easy to check a vehicle via Bristol City Council’s website.
I’m a friendly live in landlord and am open to short term or long term lets. I love music, dancing, nature and travelling and am in a samba drumming band (no practicing at home though..!). Currently I have a couple of voluntary roles working with children and will be heading back out to work from April after taking a year out.
