Hello!
I am looking for a postgraduate UoB student to replace me in a student accommodation for the last 3 months of my tenancy. The person would take over my tenancy in Print Hall in a studio from 30 May 2026 to 5 September 2026. Rent is £299.74 per week / £4,239.18 for the three months. The total amount would have to be paid in one installment.
The University is the landlord, so the process is very safe, but the new tenant must be currently enrolled as a postgraduate student (PGT or PGR) at the University of Bristol. Pre-sessional students and students who already have a University-allocated tenancy would not meet the requirements.
The flat is silent, has great natural light and space, is fully equiped, and has a really convenient location. The building has a gym, laundry and study rooms. Print Hall is near the city centre and from a walking distance to both Bristol Temple Meads and the Bus & Coach Station.

All bills included, so no extra costs (except from laundry).
