We're a group of three (Craig, Joe and myself, Isaja), looking for someone to join our flat on top of St Michael's Hill (5 minutes away from campus) starting October.

We're all PhD students at UoB, I am starting my second year in sociology, Craig is also a continuing student in aerospace engineering, whereas Joe is just starting his PhD in chemistry. We're all quite friendly and social, we all enjoy a pint after work and a night out, but we want a peaceful and quiet home as we get quite busy with work.

You would be getting a relatively spacious and well-lit furnished double room for £700 per month, excluding bills. Utility-wise, the entire flat is using electric, we just set up the electricity and we will be paying an average of £140 per month, amounting to roughly £35pp in the warmer months, and up to £60 in winter.
