i’m currently looking for someone to take over my tenancy in bristol in a student house. the house has recently been renovated including a brand new kitchen and bathroom. there’s 4 other flatmates (3 boys and 1 girl) entering their third year and it’s £915 p/m including bills and is right next to the triangle and about a 10minute walk to clifton campus.
