Hi!!
We are a group of 4, all in second year looking for a 5th student to join our flat after a sudden change of circumstance. We are all girls currently but we are happy for boys to reach out too!!

Replacement tenant MUST be a student to stay in line with our tenancy agreement.

We are a 5 room flat, each room is furnished and has a small double bed. The flat has 2 bathrooms which are shared and a shared kitchen and living room. The kitchen has a clothes washer-dryer and a dishwasher. We brought our own air fryer, tv, microwave, kettle that we use communally within the flat.

The landlord does not permit smoking within the building, BUT there is a bench just outside the building if you do wish to smoke.

We are very social and love to have pub nights or go out for the evening, but also like to have a flat movie night in, or a chill catch up in the kitchen.

We are located less than a 2 minute walk from UoB Arts and Social Sciences Library, with the majority of UoB lecture rooms within a 10 minute walk of the flat. The building we live in ONLY ACCOMMODATES STUDENTS. While we all attend UoB, it is not necessary for potential flatmates to as well, we only require that you are a full time student.
