Looking for someone to take over my student tenancy ASAP. The flat is right in the heart of Bristol, on Park Street, just 10 minutes away from Wills Memorial Library and Bristol Museum. It is 2 minutes away from College Green bus stops and right by the centre.
The room has 2 skylights with remote-controlled blinds, a wardrobe, desk, bedside table, full-length mirror and a double bed.
There are 2 bathrooms, one with a bath/shower and just a shower with storage. There is also a shared kitchen and a beautiful living room/diner, with a fab view of Park Street through the big bright windows.
The flat is shared with 4 other UoB girls in 2nd year. It is available now; bills (£90) are paid through Fused on the 1st of the month, and rent (£800) is due on the 3rd. If you are looking to move in now, that is possible as I've already moved out. Payments would be made in November.
