The house has a large living/dining area with a seperate kitchen. Has 2 bathrooms, a utility room, courtyard and a spacious roof terrace.

The room itself has a double bed with a built in wardrobe, 2 chest of drawers and bedside table

Currently it is myself, one other male and 1 female living here, we are working professionals who enjoy a good night out at the weekends. There is also a 4 year old dog (a Viszla) who lives with us.

The rent covers rent but also all bills, including Virgin TV/ super fibre broadband, and a cleaner who visits once a week to clean the communal areas.


Due to the location of the house unfortunately there is no parking at the property. There are parking meters and a NCCP near by.
