The house is great, it has a lovely garden and roof terrace and a feeling of space. The bedroom has a double ottoman bed (so storage under) large wardrobe and modern ensuite bathroom with shower and loo. Parking available (permit).
Rent £675 plus bills. Bills (council tax, WiFi, water, tv, gas, electric) currently approx £135 pppm in summer and £175 in winter. Must be ok with cats.
