Great location next to Whiteladies Road, just 5 minutes walk from Clifton Downs and 10 minutes walk to UoB. Easy to walk or get a bus into town and a short walk to Clifton Down railway station.

Shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. The kitchen has all new appliances including Bosch dishwasher, fridge, washer/dryer and gas hob. The bathroom has also been recently renovated.

I’m a sociable, friendly and laidback flatmate. On the weekends I like going out in town with my friends. I’ve had lots of experience of sharing rooms and I get on well with lots of different people. Beers on the harbourside and BBQs on the Downs in the summer are my favourite. I also like to play squash and travelling.

All bills are included in the price. There is also permit parking available if needed.

On the layout the room is bedroom 3, my room is 2 and 1 is now taken.
