Unfurnished double room available in 4 bed home in Winford. Sharing with 3 other mature female vet students, studying on the AGEP course at Langford. The house came unfurnished but we have fully equipped it to make it a really comfy and cosy home with a friendly but studious atmosphere.
Additionally, you would have the use of half the office space, so no need to study/work in your bedroom!
There is a medium sized dog already living in the house.
Bills are not included. Each tenant currently pays £25 direct debit for electricity and gas and £9 for speedy broadband per month.
Winford is a lovely little village close to Chew Magna. It has a community shop and nice pub across the road, as well as some lovely walks. Unfortunately there is no bus service to the village so having a car is important. It is served by the WESTLink and you can park near to the bus stops serving Bristol and Langford.
Located 2 miles from Bristol Airport, 20 min drive to city centre and 15 min drive to Langford.
A student is preferred for council tax reasons but if you are a professional willing to foot the bill you are more than welcome to apply! Council tax band E.
The property is managed by Killens and the new tenant will have to provide £450 security deposit, provide a guarantor, and provide financial details to Killens as part of the application (I will not be handling this!).
Would be taking over my tenancy as I am moving in with my partner. The tenancy officially begins June 27th but the room is available to move into immediately. There is a mattress in the photo but that will not be included!
