I am moving out of my ensuite room in Chantry Court and looking for someone to sublet it. You MUST be a postgraduate student at the University of Bristol for the building to accept you and they will have to approve the tenancy.

Tenancy ends on the 23rd of August. Move in date negotiable.

It's one of the smaller cluster flats so you only have 3 flatmates to share the kitchen with.

Bills are included in the rent. There is no council tax to pay as it is a student hall.
