Hi everyone!! I am currently looking for a student to take over my tenancy for the next academic year as I have chosen to commute in instead.
The flat consists of 4 other people, and as it is a place where you just rent the room, I don't know who you'd be living with. The property is managed by Flare, and they are very quick at responding and after living in another one of their properties for a year I genuinely say I had absolutely no issues with them.
It is a short walk to Clifton Down station and about 20 mins from Wills Memorial Building, there are also plenty of bars, restaurants and clubs nearby!!!
The tenancy runs from 1/9/2025-24/8/2026 and is £210pw, this includes all bills and broadband, a monthly cleaner, a gym and a cinema room. There is no council tax payable as this is only available to students.
