Hey everyone!

We’re a friendly group of five second-year UoB students looking for someone to take over a room in our lovely house right beside campus — you honestly couldn’t get closer! The house has six bedrooms in total, spread across four floors, with three bathrooms so there’s never a queue in the morning. There’s a spacious kitchen/dining room perfect for cooking together or doing a big Sunday dinner, plus a comfy living room that’s great for movie nights or just hanging out after lectures.

Rent is £760 a month (excluding bills), due on the 1st of each month, and the tenancy runs until 30 June. The available room is a good size, bright, and fully furnished.

We’re all easy-going and sociable but also respect each other’s space and study time. Anyone is welcome — we’d just love someone friendly to join the house and make it their home too.
