I have a very busy summer coming up and am planning to move out and into a flat with a friend before then. Because of this, I’m looking for someone to take over the remaining lease for my room, which runs until August.

The flat has a great shared common space with games and a TV included. All bills and maintenance are covered in the rent, so it’s very hassle-free. The flatmates are really nice, and there’s a good sense of community within the building and with the other flats as well.
