Hi! I'm looking for someone to replace my tenancy for my house next year. There's 4 good-sized double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and outside area. The house is near Whiteladies road so close to the centre/uni with great transport links (bus stop right outside and train station nearby!) The three girls are lovely, tidy, respectful and always down for the pub. Would hopefully be looking for someone similar. We're all first years going into second, but second/third years etc are also welcome! No council tax as students are exempt.

(im happy to pay any tenancy replacement fees that come along with the transfer!)
