Park Street flat available from May! I run Rudy's on Baldwin Street (so LOTS of free pizza lol) and spend most of the time at work so during the day you'll likely have the place to yourself! I like the pub and I read a lot cus I'm a loser.

Council tax band C it's pretty decent. Including bills and rent it's around £1000 per month.

I have most furniture but not a bed frame. I have a spare mattress if needed. The video is from when I initially viewed the flat in September 2025 so all the furniture is different.
