Hello future housemates!

We are Ellie (25) and Adam (26). We're looking for a new housemate to share our ground floor (with garden!) flat in the studenty bustling area of Cotham.

A little bit about us:
We met at Cardiff uni and have been friends ever since. We both work as engineers (Ellie is a bridge engineer and Adam is a water engineer) but don't think that's all there is to our personalities....

We love cycling (bike-packing trips, random day trips & wild camping trips), tennis, going to gigs, theatre and comedy shows. We both work festivals over the summer (Greenman - the best!) and love to host wholesome garden parties, BBQs, pizza nights etc.

About the flat:
We live in a ground floor flat with large bedrooms and tall windows so it doesn't get too dark. There is a garden which is shared by all the flats (but it's only really us who use it!) and the neighbours are all friendly. It is completely unfurnished but thanks to a love for Freecycle we have it well equipped and reshuffle things every once in a while to keep it fresh. We may have some furniture bits for your room if you need:) The kitchen is on the small side but it's never a real issue as there is enough cupboard space. We have a good relationship with our landlady and she allows us lots of freedom with the flat. Ellie's lived here for nearly 2 years and Adams lived here for just under 1 year. We both work hybrid jobs so mostly work in the office / on site, but occasionally will WFH. We like sharing meals but also do lots of batch prep for our own lunches. Adam's veggie and Ellie eats anything. We shower at random times and there's never normally a que for the bathroom. Toilet & shower are separate rooms so that reduces bathroom congestion.
