This is a quiet home in the heart of Southville rather than a busy house-share. Your Space
Located on the top floor of a classic Victorian house, this is a spacious, light-filled double room. It comes fully furnished with:
* Double bed with a high-quality mattress
* Built-in wardrobe and plenty of additional storage units
* Bedside unit and a desk (which can be removed if you prefer)
* Private Bathroom: You will have sole use of the bathroom on this floor, located just across the landing.
The House
You will be sharing only with me, a professional female who works from the office 2-3 days a week. The home is designed for comfortable, social living:

About Me
I’m a professional female balancing office life with a mix of high and low energy. When I am in on a weeknight, you’ll usually find me recharging with a book or a film, but I’m a big fan of live music and getting out for a gig when I can. I love a long walk that conveniently ends at a local pub (Sunday roast is always a bonus), and I’m always down for watching a bit of football.
Agreement & Bills
This is a lodger arrangement with a live-in landlord. To keep things simple, the monthly cost includes:
* All utilities (Electricity, Gas, Water - subject to fair use).
* Council Tax and High-speed Broadband.
* A bi-monthly cleaner for all communal areas.
