Heya! Looking for a friendly flatmate. Preferably looking for a new friend, more than just a lodger, who shares interests.

The flat is very well located but also quiet, with the bedroom facing on to the courtyard behind the flats and the front of the flat facing on the footpath around the harbour. The room catches light with the south facing window and is spacious, with a double bed, built in wardrobe, desk and shelves.

On evenings, I will usually be chilling with board games or films round the flat, off to gigs or seeing friends at the pub. I also love my climbing, surfing and general adventure and anyone who wants to join is more than welcome.

I work full time, and work from home most days.

Bills are generally around £150 per month, including council tax (Band D).

The flat is on the first floor with lift access. There is also a garage with plenty of space for extra storage, including bike storage.
