Hi guys! I am moving out of my student house and am looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a six bed with two bathrooms in Southmead (close to both UOB and UWE)
I am very keen to get this sorted as soon as possible so message me to arrange a viewing! The house has a large kitchen with: dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, 2x ovens, 2x hobs and a lovely garden! There is also a cleaner who comes in every few weeks which is a bonus
It's newly refurbed so very well insulated and modern. Would like to get this sorted ASAP (I'm happy to come down to Bristol to meet up and show you round) you MUST be a student
The room available is the biggest bedroom and has a double bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and bedside table. The house has amazing links into town for any UOB students (two bus stops are literally right outside) which usually takes around 20 mins, and is only a 15 minute cycle from UWE. Super close to southmead hospital as well with Aldi and Lidl at walking distance.
You will be sharing with five other UOB students (but it doesn't matter what uni you are from!!) three girls and two boys (LGBTQ friendly house). Looking for someone tidy, friendly who loves a boardgame and a movie night.
£625 a month without bills (bills will be roughly £23 a week)
Security deposit: £721
Must have a UK-based guarantor who earns at least £20,625 a year
Tenancy start: 8 August (11 month contract) - but keen to get this signed now!
This is a student house so we do not pay council tax
