Lovely house with reasonably sized garden, 3 showers & toilets, spacious kitchen with 2 fridge/freezers and 2 ovens. House very near shops, pubs, Gloucester road and has good transport links - by a bus stop and few minute walk to Montpelier Station. The house is around a 20 minute walk to UoB campus. We are UoB students going into second year, we are friendly, fun and welcoming. As we are all students we are exempt from council tax. Bills are £15 a week pp for unlimited electricity, wifi, and water.
