I'm looking for friendly, sociable housemates who enjoy a good balance of studying and having fun. It would be great to live with people who are up for the occasional pub trip, drinks, or a relaxed evening together, while also respecting each other's space.

Cat lovers are a must! The landlady has three rescue cats who live in a self-contained annex in the garden. They're very independent and aren't particularly sociable, so they're happiest doing their own thing and coming and going through their cat flap whenever they like.

As part of the reduced rent, housemates share responsibility for feeding the cats morning and evening. I am happy to discuss more about this upon meeting with potential housemates.

Bills are not inlcuded. I am currently waiting to hear back from the landlady on the exact amount, but she said will likely be approx £70 pp/month.

References will be required by the landlady.

As mentioned above, I would like to meet potential housemates beforehand for a coffee or a quick chat to make sure we're a good fit and would enjoy living together.

A bit about me:
I'm a 24-year-old female vet student, going into my second year of a four-year course. Alongside my studies, I work as a Nursing Assistant at the BRI hospital.
I am an animal lover (particularly cats!), and I love spending my free time socialising in the city with friends, going for walks. I am clean and tidy and would like to live with others who are similar!
