Looking for female to take over room in our 6 person house from flatmate that is moving away.
About the room + house:
Fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, desk and shelving. Situated on the second floor of a three-floor building (The flat is spread over the top two floors), not backing-onto to front door, kitchen or stairs, so nice and quiet. Room is in good condition (no mould, minimal blu-tak marks on wall only, good carpet and furniture)
House has a great open-plan kitchen-living area, with a big dining table, plenty of sofa space and a massive TV! Kitchen has a microwave, toaster, coffee machine and air-fryer which we all share, as well as a dishwasher and washer/dryer. We are a tidy house so shared spaces are always in good condition. The house has 3 bathrooms including 2 showers which are all in good condition. Situated just off Whiteladies road we have found the house very quiet at night, but in a great location for University, cafes and nights out!
About us:
5 girls aged between 21-23 studying our final year (Masters) at the University of Bristol in various subjects. We love playing tennis, watching TV, cooking together and going out for a drink and a dance! We are very social and love meeting new people but keep the house calm and tidy as we are all working hard for our final year of studies.
Flatmate information:
Female applicants only,
Ideally aged 20-25,
We are all students, but would be happy to live with a non-student, our council tax band is D (We think!),
Friendly and Tidy please
Ideally looking to take over the room for the remainder of the academic year (until June 2027)
You would be taking the room over from Kitty. My contacts are attached to the listing, I am sadly moving away for a job opportunity! Feel free to ask any questions about the room/house.
