Looking ideally for a professional person to share a flat with me as my friend is moving out with his girlfriend.

Typically spend time at at pubs, cafes or at home watching movies. Really into dance music so noise is no issue, the building is quiet but we can be loud no problem the sound proofing is great. Means no one else bothers us either.

Host friends quite a lot due to the space available and location and would be more than happy for whoever moves in to do the same, happy to socialise not bothered by people coming in and out.
