My room in Southville is up for rent from the start of August. Lovely room at the front of the house which gets light all day from the big bay window.

The room is in a 4 bed house, living with 3 other super chill housemates who all work full time. The housemates are my friends and not randoms, I’m only moving out as I’m going into 3rd year of uni and want to spend the last year living with uni mates.

The house is great, had a big living room, dining room, kitchen and small garden. Bathroom is also big and has a bath shower.

My room comes with a bed, wardrobe, bedside table and desk. The landlady is also super chill, no estate agents involved and she’s on it with maintenance etc.
