I have 1 bedroom available in my 2 bed ground floor flat, free from 15th March. The bedroom is furnished and there is a shared bathroom. A real highlight is the beautiful harbour views from the main living space. The flat is centrally located. It’s approximately a 20 minute walk to the city centre and Clifton village. Despite the city centre location, the flat is away from any main roads so is quiet on weekends and evenings.

I am a friendly, easy-going guy. I’ve spent many a year in house shares always with good reviews! I like to spend my evenings watching TV, playing sport, cooking and trips to the pub. I’d like to find someone who is sociable to have a chat with at dinner or watch some TV together but equally has their own interests throughout the week.

Some bills included: water, internet and TV license.
Excludes council tax (band D = £110) and electricity (currently £60).

On street permit parking is available via the Spike Island permit zone.
