I have a single room available 29th July, in a flat share right in the heart of Bristol. The flat is so central you can see Cabot Circus car park from outside!
Three bedrooms and a roomy kitchen/hang out space and the flat is registered as a four person HMO.
From September, the other occupants of the share are a young professional couple (male & female) and a female student in her final year at Bristol Uni.
The available room is a single furnished room with a single bed and wardrobe.

The flat has a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer and the available room is £750 per month. The parking space is optional and offered at an additional £200 per month. Rent includes water, electric and broadband. Council tax is not included. The flat is council tax band B.
