Hello!

I've recently bought a flat and I'm looking for a tenant for the second bedroom. I've been in the flat for a few months now so I've got all the key furniture sorted, although if there's anything you'd like to bring to help make it homely you'd be very welcome.

The room is a large double and has plenty of storage. I've also got a desk and office chair for the room since taking these photos.

The flat has big windows and is very bright and spacious. Great location, seconds from Whiteladies road and close to the downs and Clifton Village too. Clifton Down station is a few minutes walk away which has trains into Temple Meads. There's also a shared garden.

I'm quite active and enjoy running, cycling and padel (the holy trinity of Bristol). Also enjoy socialising with mates, although I tend to do this out the house. Looking for someone like-minded and who is friendly, tidy and respectful. Would be nice to have the occasional film night or chill evening in together, but equally happy doing our own thing too.
