Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy for a fully furnished large double room in Clifton. The room comes with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, double bed, desk, and chair.

The flat is in a great location with easy transport links, plus lots of shops, pubs, and cafés nearby. It has a really relaxed and friendly atmosphere, and you’d be living with 3 easygoing female housemates.

Bills are usually around £150 per month, and the deposit is £875.
