My current flatmate is moving out and I’m looking for someone to replace him. The flat is located just off Portland square, St Paul’s. The flat has 2 big double bedrooms and a large communal kitchen/living room area.
The room can either come with a bed, mattress and chest of drawers. Or I can get rid of them if needed!
Rent is £700 a month not inc bills, a guarantor is required by the landlord and a deposit.
Abit about me - I work as a manager at a climbing centre, so I work a mixture of early mornings, evenings and weekends. I love being at home but also spend a lot of time outdoors as well :)
