Hi everyone,

We have a bright, furnished upstairs double room available from 1st March in a friendly and spacious house share.

A current housemate has just bought his own place, and so we're seeking a new housemate, ideally male to keep a balance.

The house
Situated between the holy trinity of North St, Greville Smyth Park and Ashton Court, the house has a large living room (corner sofa, dining table, TV), huge hallway, upstairs bathroom/separate toilet, (one room is also en-suite) kitchen with ample storage space, a utility area, a back garden (complete with BBQ, table and chairs for these warm summer evenings), a garage great for bike storage and a double driveway (with plenty of on street parking too).

The room
Sunny, upstairs double. Furnished with a bed, cabinet, drawers, mirror and wardrobe.

The housemates
Rachel: I work in wildlife filmmaking and am also a paddlesport instructor. I'm often planning my next big trip, or just getting out and about walking my dog. I also like to run (marathon training!) and check out live music.

Frith: Works in digital marketing. She enjoys reading, hiking, open water swimming and is a keen cyclist. She's always finding exciting new things to check out in and around Bristol.

Elsa: Is a graphic designer, and in her free time very talented at making crafty things, keeping plants alive and baking delicious treats.

Ben: Works in IT. He is also marathon training so running alot, as well as cycling. He also enjoys tennis and hiking.

Soda (dog), 11: a lovely clean and well-behaved pooch (pictured) who likes to show off and play with his ever-growing ball collection or cuddle up for a fuss!

We think we're a likeable and friendly bunch who get together for walks, cycles, board games evenings, films, music, garden BBQs and the odd communal cook. We all have the luxury of spacious double rooms in a large house so it’s the perfect mix of social and solace in a fantastic area of the city, and just a short walk towards the harbourside or into town.

All bills included, no agency fees etc.

(Rachel: As a live in landlady, I want everyone to feel equally at home - pictures can be hung etc. and we all have a say in new housemates. For me, the only difference between us, is that any maintenance issues are my responsibility - and living here too, I will always want anything fixed just as quickly!)
