Hey! I’ve got a lovely spare room going in my 2-bed house in St Paul’s. Rent is £600 per month, with bills around £140 on average over the year including utilities, fast broadband and Council Tax (Band A). Obvs cheaper in summer than in winter.

The location is ideal, right in the heart of St Paul’s with its vibrant creative and Caribbean community. The house is about 5 minutes from Stokes Croft’s bars and restaurants, Cabot Circus, and great bus links across the city.
