Double room available in sunny Georgian flat - Clifton 🌿 available from early July.
 
We have a room available in our lovely 3-bed Georgian flat in Clifton £475 + bills per month (~ £115 including council tax, utilities, and internet).
 
Available from the early July. Looking for someone to take my place on the tenancy. It's a one-month rolling contract, minimum 6-month stay preferred.

The room:

Cosy double bedroom with its own storage cupboard just next to it. The bedroom can fit a double bed as shown in the photo. The bed frame is new and will stay in the flat but you will need to bring your own mattress. There's also a single bed stored in the flat that can go in the room if you prefer a single mattress to a double. The room can be part furnished or unfurnished.
Note that whilst the flat is spacious, the room is quite small dimensions (182cm width and 336cm depth) with an external storage cupboard in the hallway (see photos).
 
The flat:
3-bedroom, part-furnished flat with enormous living room and large hallway with space for bike storage etc. One bathroom, fully equipped kitchen. Quiet street location opposite a community garden, with lots of lovely trees visible from the windows.
5 min walk to the Triangle
10 min walk to Cotham
15 min walk to Suspension Bridge
 
Housemates:
We’re a friendly calm household who enjoy spending time together - shared meals, bike rides, walks. Your housemates would be Alisha (she/her, 29) who works in mountain bike trail design and loves all things outdoors; mountain/gravel biking, camping adventures, skiing, CrossFit and Gina (28) who is an actor and also works with children; she loves being in nature, the cinema, crafts & yoga – both very kind, considerate and thoughtful.
 
I have lived in the flat for 5.5 years and i'm so sad to be leaving. Alisha moved in early 2025 and Gina early 2026 and we've all become friends. All work Mon-Fri 9-5. Alisha and Gina work out the house mostly with occasional work from home.

We value a warm and welcoming space and we like to spend time together as a flat - going on bike rides and walks, enjoying the outdoors, sharing meals and having cosy film nights or watching Below Deck hehe! We are also respectful of each other’s space and down time.
 
What we’re looking for…
-Someone clean, we like the keep the house tidy with a cleaning schedule.
-Ideally someone who works mostly out the house as the room doesn’t have space for a desk and it also helps keeps the space open and relaxing for when we return home each night.
- Someone who'd enjoy joining us for outdoor adventures and a shared meal from time to time.
- 25-35 year old preference
- no students
- female household ideally (LGBTQ+ friendly)
