Hey! I’m looking for someone to move into the spare room in my flat in Montpelier (BS6) from 1st November.
The flat is in a really good spot: super central and close to loads of nice cafés, bars and venues, but the street itself is fairly quiet. Montpelier train station is also only a few minutes away.
The basics:
* £750/month + bills
* £750 deposit
* Available from 1st November
* 2-bed flat
* Shared kitchen/living room
* 1 bathroom
* No smoking
A bit about me: I’m Clara, 20, and I’m an international student doing a Master’s in Music. Because of that, music is naturally a pretty big part of my life, so there will be some music being played and practised in the flat from time to time. Just something to keep in mind when considering the room!
Other than that, I’m pretty easy-going and would like the flat to be a calm, respectful and comfortable place to live. I’d prefer another student, but I’m definitely open to professionals too. No gender preference.
One important thing: as I’m an international student, the agency requires the lead tenant to be a UK citizen.
