Hi!

My name is Rosie, I am 23 and work from home as a Cyber Security Consultant. In my free time, I enjoy seeing friends, going to gigs/raves and pole dance/aerial hoop. I’m mostly at home during the week but enjoy going out on weekends. I like to keep the place relatively clean & tidy and enjoy having people stay - I own a spare mattress which I use to host friends (and am happy to get out if you would like anyone over!).

I am looking for someone to join me in a two bed flat right next to Cabot Circus. I have lived here for a year and unfortunately my current housemate is off travelling in September 2026 so I am looking for a replacement! Ideally, you will be a young professional, girl (or gay) and in your 20’s. Would love someone who is interested in going out with me on weekends/festivals but this is not a must!! Open to Masters/PhD Students as well :)

The flat has two double rooms, one shared bathroom (bath & shower), and a relatively spacious kitchen/living room (with a small balcony). The flat is situated about a <5 min walk from Cabot Circus, <20 min walk from Temple Meads and has great transport links, shops, cafes, restaurants and bars nearby.

The Important Stuff:

The rent is £775 a month (not inc bills), and it is a Council Tax Band C. I am happy to give you an average bill breakdown if you get in contact.

The communal areas are furnished (all furniture/appliances are mine) and the bedroom is unfurnished. My current housemate may be willing to sell her bedroom furniture (double bed, chest of drawers, desk & wardrobe) if you are interested.

I am looking for someone who can commit to 12 months living here - please get in contact if you are interested!!

(My current housemate will be moving out before 13/08/2026 but I will be at a festival that week, so am looking for someone to join me from 18/08/2026, however if you would like to move in sooner I am happy to speak to her and see if that is possible, as I expect she will want to move pre-Boomtown!)

Coffee Machine, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Air Fryer, Rice Cooker, Kettle, Microwave, Toaster & Blender (all communal!)
