Cool house in Cotham with garden, bike shed, living room, kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, driveway and (very important) a dishwasher. Currently hosting two Econ students and one professional.
I'm moving out 2nd June so can have someone stay until a friend moves into my room (roughly a month). All the bills and stuff are included. As long as your not super messy, anyone is welcome.
All possessions excluding mattress, bed frame, chest of draws, desk + char and wardrobe will be removed from the bedroom. Happy to leave behind bedding and towels if you would like. Unfortunately, I cant add enough pictures to include the upstairs bathroom and the other bedrooms. The living room now has two sofas in it and a carpet so is a nice place to chill out. Kitchen also has table and chairs.
Current housemates are clean, nice, and quiet. One from HK.
