Hey! Looking for a lodger for my spare room in St Paul's. Rent is £600 a month, and bills come to circa £140 including all utilities, speedy broadband and council tax Band A.

The location is great, it's in the heart of St Paul's with its vibrant Creative and Caribbean community vibe. The house is 5 mins from Stokes Croft bars and restaurants, Cabot Circus, and buses that will take you all over town.

I'm Elen, and I Iove the arts, travelling, festivals, hiking and stuff. I'm out and about quite a lot so enjoy more chilled times when I am at home. Really love being able to get to know the people I live with, and would be lush to hang out over dinner or a tv binge when we're both around.

It's a DSS and queer-friendly house, as you'd hope. Someone who's up for a chat and a chill, and who likes to keep communal areas tidy would fit in best. I work from home half the week as a charity marketer, and would be good to know your working arrangements too.

The room comes with in-built wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside tables, and bed with storage room underneath. There's space for some additional shelves/a desk etc if you wanted to bring.

The room is available from the 21th April for a month, living with me. The room will then be available from 21st June for 5 weeks - but for a higher rate as it will be a 1 person house while I'm not there. Feel free to message about one or both of these options!
