Hi! I’m a 31-year-old professional working as a manager in a cocktail bar in the city centre, and I’m looking for a new housemate to share a flat in Spike Island.

The flat has a really good and slightly unique setup — two bedrooms upstairs and a separate living room. Currently, my housemate uses one bedroom as a bedroom and the second as their own private lounge/office, while I use the main living room. It works really well and gives both of us proper space and privacy — almost like having your own mini flat.
