Hey everyone! I am currently living in a 2bedroom apartment in BS1 Redcliffe Quaters near castle park/bristol bridge. i am looking for another person to live with me. I am polite, friendly and calm. I mostly keep to myself but I am very social and out doorsy too. I don’t mind anyone (any gender or ethnicity) joining me in the tenancy as long as they are friendly, polite and clean. It’s a spacious double bed room. a family bathroom (I have an en-suite so it will be to yourself but might ask permission for using the bathroom if I need to) and very nice living+ kitchen/dinning room. The bedroom was initially unfinished but I tried furnishing it a bit with my previous flatmate, but we can remove it if you want it so.

The maintenance of the flat is pretty fast and good and we have 24/7 security. The rent is £950, electricity, water and WiFi is together £150/p. Council tax not included(around £107).

The rent and utilities will be slightly different if you are two sharers or a couple.
Again anyone can enquire. Student or professional. You would be needing a guarantor if you’re a student or else it’s not needed.
