I'm the live-out landlord and have 1 double bedroom available for rent from January. You'll be sharing the flat with one other female flatmate and for that reason a new female tenant would be preferred but open to male tenants too.

It's only available for 4 to 6 months, although there's a chance it can be extended depending on circumstances.

It's a lovely flat in a great location close to the centre and Gloucester Road.

The place is recently renovated and comes furnished. it's got a large living room with high ceiling and 2 bedrooms at the back with large windows and plenty of daylight. The living room has a sofa bed for any guests and the kitchen and bathroom are also all in great working order.

The rent is £500 per month for the available bedroom, and bills come to around £90 (excluding council tax).
Deposit is one month's rent.
