Hello! I’m Molly and I’m looking for a lodger (or a couple) for my double spare room. It’s fully furnished and bills can be negotiable, happy to do a slightly higher monthly rent and include all bills. There is a shared living room, kitchen with oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, bathroom with tub and separate shower, extensive storage space throughout the flat, and a study with strong WiFi and two desks/chairs (I almost never work from home so this would be available for you). The garden is large and for the use of this flat only, the flat also has a private front door unconnected to the rest of the building and private bike storage.
I have a cat called Zebedee who is very affectionate and loves to make new friends! I’m a quiet flatmate, happy to keep to myself but also up for a chat/evening in front of the tv/board game. I work in theatre so am often gone for the evenings too.
