Hi! I’m a 25-year-old looking for a new housemate to join me in my spacious two-bedroom city-centre flat. I’m sociable and enjoy hosting the occasional dinner party, meeting new people, and also love sports. Ideally, I’m looking for a postgraduate student or a young professional. I work mostly in the office Monday to Friday and enjoy a good balance of relaxed evenings at home and social plans. I’m hoping to find someone who is clean and tidy, but also friendly and sociable.

The available room is a spacious, furnished double bedroom with a newly renovated en-suite, located right in the heart of the city. It benefits from large double windows and plenty of storage, including a large wardrobe, storage bed, and bedside table.
