Looking for someone to takeover my tenancy to move closer to my new job.
Absolutely lovely house and great housemates. Clean, tidy and amenable.
As pictured room is great size and lovely en-suite. Had no issues in the time I’ve been here. Kitchen and lounge are always clean and very regularly free to use.
I can be flexible with the move in date, if you want it anytime between 25th April and before May 19th. Let me know.
Happy to answer any questions. All bills included so very little hassle and landlords/lettings company are very approachable.
The contract runs until August but you would be able to sign up for longer as far as I’m aware.
